According to the plan, the regular activities within telecommunications will be carried out in the following directions:
- Organizing use of number resources;
- Licensing of telecommunication activities;
- Certification in the telecommunication sphere;
- Application of the tariffs for use of radio frequencies and telecommunication services;
- Regulation of anti-monopoly activities and healthy climate within IT;
- Organization of use of radio frequencies;
- Regulation of relations amongst operators.
The State Program is directed towards the economic structural reforms, modernization and expansion of the communication and information technology.
