( Mobilema g) - The Pharos GPS Phone 600 -- "a new smartphone that combines navigation, entertainment and office productivity tools in a single, portable device" -- is now available for purchase at a number of retailers. The enterprise version, the GPS Phone 600e, is also available as of right now. The key difference between the two is that the former comes with maps of the US and Canada, whereas the latter does not. Newegg.com has the 600 and 600e for $700 and $600, respectively.

The Pharos GPS Phone 600/600e comes equipped with a large color touchscreen which can quickly translate into a full QWERTY keyboard. Other key features include a 2 megapixel camera, Windows Mobile 5.0, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, WiFi 802.11b/g, tri-band FM radio, and a voice recorder.

In addition to Newegg, the GPS Phone series will also be found at Amazon, Costco, Dell, Datavision, Fry's, Mobile Planet, Office Depot, and other retailers starting in late March.
