Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Babaye va / On 31 March the US Consulting Company Booz Allen Hamilton will submit a package of proposals to maintain regional innovation zones (RIZ) to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies.
The Ministry reported the proposals will be submitted to the Government by the end of April. Booz Allen Hamilton had held a presentation of initial documents on feasibility study of RIZ project.
RIZ envisages establishing of technical parks for development of small-scale and middle-scale innovation entrepreneurship, regional base on manufacturing and export of hardware and software, transformation of the country into an advantageous transit data centre, training of human resources for the information society, introduction of IT in other fields.
