Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr. S. Babayeva / Elcell has opened a new customer service office on servicing its subscribers using wireless Internet service, a source in the Company has told Trend. The office is designed in a conceptually-new style, which creates maximal cosy conditions of a club atmosphere to its visitors.
The new office will allow offering the wide spectrum of services to the visitors. The visitors may get specialist's consultations and advices on issues on using wireless broadband connection, how to turn to Elcell Network, how to pay for the services, how to choose the optimal tariff plan, and acquire accessories for Internet-applications.
A modern technical and programme complex-call-centre has been introduced in the new office, which provides round-a-clock servicing up to 30 simultaneously oncoming calls from the subscribers. There is also a smart stand, that get acquainted the visitors with the up-to-date achievements in Internet industry and modern IP technologies.
The new customer service centre is located in the City Centre at the following address: 2A, Fatali Khan Khoyskiy Ave (nearby the "Ganjlik" Metro Station, "Ramstore"Supermarket and "McDonalds" Restaurant).
Notably, Datacell LLC announced commencing its commercial work on Elcell wireless broadband mobile internet service in Azerbaijan starting from December 1, 2005.
