The Ministry received 10 applications from Baku and Nakhchivan which will be sent in due course to the University for the students to be selected. University entrants and students who held a corresponding Bachelor's Degree or who were studying for a Master's Degree were invited to apply. However, the main requirements were a valid Azerbaijani citizenship and a perfect command of the English language (TOEFL or IELTS certificate).
Previously, George Mayson University (The United States) offered 3 vacancies, the Technological University ( Malaysia) offered 2 vacancies and the Academy of Communication ( Odessa, Ukraine) offered 5 vacancies.
