Azercell Introduces New Tariff Package for SirketimCELL Subscribers

Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Azerbaijan's leading mobile operator Azercell Telecom has introduced a tremendous discount package forSirketimCELL subscribers starting from 8 May, the company informs. Azercell Telecom subscribers have been using the tariffs of SirketimCELL, a product of the company since 14 February 2006. The tariffs are aimed at providing high quality communication services, which include tariff discounts meeting the needs of corporate clients of Azercell Telecom.

The new tariff packages enable SirketimCELL subscribers to get a 40% discount on calls. The enterprises and organizations, which are subscribers of SirketimCELL intending to join the discount package, may submit an official letter to Azercell Telecom and choose the tariff package (Gold, Silver and Bronze).

The discount packages, which include monthly call duration, SMS and GPRS are described in the following table:

Offering discounts to its subscribers has become a tradition for Azercell Telecom. Various discount campaigns and the provision of modern services proves Azercell Telecom to be one of the leading mobile communication companies in the region. This leadership enables its 2,500,000 subscriber family to make more calls and to be in touch frequently using the high-quality services.

The number of subscribers to Azercell Telecom is expected to increase. Today, the number of subscribers exceeds 2.5 mln. The company covers 78% of the territory and 99% of the population of Azerbaijan with its mobile communication network.

Azercell JSC was established on 19 January, 1996 by Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S and the Azerbaijan Ministry of Telecommunications.

Azercell Telekom is a joint venture of the Azerbaijan Telecommunication and IT Ministry (35.7%) and Fintur Holdings BV (64.3 %), with 58.55% belonging to TeliaSonera and 41.45% to Turkcell.
