The Azerbaijani State Agency of Highways has announced an open tender to purchase consulting services for technical supervision of a project on construction of a road, which will be alternative for the Baku-Guba-Russia border road M-1.
Those interested in the tender are invited to submit their proposals in two copies, sealed and confirmed with a signature, in double envelopes.
Bidders should possess the necessary financial and technical capabilities.
The tender participation fee is 500 manats.
Bids should be submitted until 17:00 (GMT+ 4) June 11, 2018
