Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries has announced a tender for the purchase of general plant, technological and drilling equipment.
It is required to apply and receive a package of tender documents, paying $575 per lot.
Commercial offers should be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second envelope - a commercial offer with prices for the products offered.
