Iran’s Omran Pars Jamejam Co. intends to hold an international tender for establishing production line of SMF (Sealed Maintenance Free) battery.
Tender No.: OPJ/097/03
Scope of work: Assembly, formation and finishing line for SMF automotive battery.
Location: Khansar city in central Iran (5 hours driving to capital city of Tehran, 2 Hours to Isfahan).
Performance period: 6-8 months.
Other item shall be considered:
-The minimum capacity in three shifts per day must be 4000 batteries/day.
-The assembly line must be one line and minimum capacity of four batteries/minute.
-The finishing line must be one line and minimum capacity six batteries/min.
-Formation rectifiers prefer charge-discharge rectifiers with IGBT based technology.
-The production lines prefer to be full automatic to contain all process is needed.
-The lab equipment offers for this process separately.
