Turkmenistan's state concern Turkmennebit will purchase geophysical, electrical and control-measuring equipment, communication and building materials.
All interested companies are invited to submit an application (from offshore companies applications are not accepted) with the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration and details.
Moreover, the bidder should receive a package of tender documents, paying $575 (including VAT) for participation in the tender. Bids are accepted until June 28, 2018.
