Place for submission of price quotations by potential suppliers: 070004, the East Kazakhstan region, Ust-Kamenogorsk city, Kazakhstan str., 3, office no. 506, administrative and maintenance department.
The time and date of commencement of the submission of price quotations – from 9.00 a.m. on July 30, 2018, deadline for the submission of price quotations – until 18.00 p.m. on August 3, 2018.
Date and time of opening of price quotations - at 11.00 on August 6, 2018.
A potential supplier shall submit only 1 (one) price quotation drawn up in compliance with the form given in the relevant annex, signed and sealed (if any) by the potential supplier, which shall contain the following information and documents:
- name and actual address, business identification number and individual identification number, bank details of the potential supplier;
- name, characteristics of the offered goods;
- place and time of delivery;
- price of goods excluding VAT.
The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
