Omer Halisdemir University, located in the Turkish province of Nigde, has announced a tender to purchase 7.9 million kilowatt hours of electricity.
Both local and foreign companies are eligible to participate in the tender.
The bids will be opened at 10:00 (GMT +3) on August 28, 2018.
