The Information Technologies and Communications Department of the Azerbaijani state-owned SOCAR has announced a tender to purchase equipment for the electronic library of the Baku Higher Oil School.
The tender participation fee is 118 manats.
Those willing to participate in the tender should send bids until 17:30 (GMT +4) on September 18, 2018 and tender offers until 10:00 on September 21, 2018.
Tender bids will be unsealed on September 21 at 10:30.
