Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC, an Uzbek-South Korean joint venture, has announced a competitive selection for the provision of services on compulsory insurance of civil liability for causing harm to life, health and (or) property of other persons and the environment in case of an accident at a hazardous production facility.
The period of competitive selection will expire at 11:00 (GMT +5) Oct. 2, 2018.
Legal entities registered by the state bodies at their locations and having bank accounts may participate in the competitive selection.
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate in the competitive selection:
- being at the stage of reorganization (merger, accession, division, detachment, transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- not having provided in due time all the necessary documents for competitive selection;
- having improperly fulfilled obligations assumed under previously concluded contracts;
- being in a state of litigation with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical JV LLC.
