Azerbaijan's Azneft PA has announced a tender to purchase 5,000 cubic meters of helium.
The tender participation fee is 236 manats.
Those willing to participate in the tender must submit applications before 17:30 on October 9, 2018, and tender offers until 11:00 on October 16, 2018.
Opening of tender packages will be held at 11:00 on October 16.
