The Turkmen Avtoban CJSC has announced a preliminary qualification selection for an international competition.
This refers to the right to conclude an agreement for the provision of consulting services in the course of the design, construction and operation (warranty period) of the 600 km long Ashgabat-Turkmenabat high-speed highway with all the infrastructure and engineering facilities.
The interested parties should submit an application indicating the full name of the applicant, legal status, country of registration and details. A potential bidder should pay $1,750 (including VAT) for participation in the qualification.
The deadline for submission of documents for the preliminary qualification selection is 14.11.18.
Only the potential suppliers (contractors) who have passed the pre-qualification and have paid the bill for participation are allowed to further participation in the tender.
