Turkey's Bulent Ecevit University in the country's Zonguldak Province has announced an open tender to purchase 16.9 million kilowatt hours of electricity.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 10:00 (GMT +3) on November 8, 2018.
