Azneft Production Association has announced a tender to purchase helium.
The cost of participation in the tender is 236 manats.
Those willing to participate in the tender should submit applications before 17:30 (GMT +4) on December 5, 2018, and tender offers until 11:00 on December 12, 2018. Opening of tender packages will be held at 11:00 on December 12.
