Uzbek-S. Korean Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC JV (customer) has announced a tender (CS 379-25/18) for recultivation on land plots.
Potential suppliers will not be permitted to participate if they:
- are under reorganization (amalgamation, joining, separation, restructuring), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- didn’t submit all the necessary documents for the competitive selection within the set time frame;
- have not fulfilled their commitments undertaken on previously concluded contracts;
- have a pending litigation with the customer.
Commercial proposals have to be provided until 13:00 (GMT +5), Dec. 27, 2018.
