Istanbul Mayor's Office has announced an open tender for earthworks at construction sites of 548 estate properties in the city's Kucukcekmece district.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 10:00 (GMT +3) on Jan. 31, 2019.
