Turkey's General Directorate of Highways has announced an open tender for the restoration of parks with a total area of 30,000 square meters in the country's Kars and Igdir provinces.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 10:00 (GMT +3) on March 15, 2019.
