Uzbekistan's Neftegazinvest enterprise has announced a tender for the supply of a crankshaft for the Caterpillar G3608 engine.
Only manufacturers, trading houses of manufacturers, official dealers of manufacturers, as well as suppliers who have power of attorney from the manufacturer can participate in the selection.
Bid of companies registered in states or territories that provide preferential tax treatment and/or do not provide for the disclosure and provision of information during financial transactions (offshore zones), as well as having accounts in banks located in offshore zones, are not eligible for selection.
The technical and commercial proposal must be submitted for the entire scope of the technical task by 06:00 pm (GMT +5) on March 27.
The validity period of the technical and commercial proposal must be at least 45 calendar days from the date of the end of the selection period.
The marginal cost of competitive selection is $157.020.
Bids exceeding the marginal cost will not be considered.
Terms of payment: 100 percent letter of credit and / or partial prepayment and / or upon delivery.
Subject to prepayment, the company must provide a counter bank guarantee for the return of an advance from a first-class European bank.
Terms of delivery: DAP (only if not otherwise specified in the technical specifications).
The winner must provide a bank guarantee for the fulfillment of contractual obligations to 10 percent of the total value of the contract.
