The Institute of Information Technology under the Azerbaijani Academy of Sciences has announced the tender on five lots: the purchase of stationery and household goods (Lot # 1), repair and installation work and the purchase of spare parts (Lot # 2), the purchase of intangible assets (Lot # 3), maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Lot # 4), purchase of consumables (Lot # 5).
The tender participation fee is 100 manats for the first three lots, 20 manats for the fourth lot and 80 manats for the fifth lot.
Those willing to participate in the tender must send the necessary documents till 17:00 (GMT+4) on May 22, 2019, while proposals – till 17:00 on May 31, 2019.
The packages with tender bids will be opened at 11:00 on June 3, 2019.
