The Azerbaijani branch of the Umid Babek Operating Company has announced an open tender for the purchase of diesel generators, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijani State Oil Company SOCAR.
Those wishing to participate in the tender must submit the following documents:
- bid for participation in the tender
- bank document on payment of participation fee
- technical proposal for the tender
The tender participation fee is 10,030 manats or an equivalent amount in foreign currency.
The bid must be sent in English no later than 17:00 (GMT+4) on July 9, 2019.
The original and two copies of the technical proposal for the tender must be sent to the purchaser no later than 16:00 on July 11, 2019. The financial bids will be opened after the technical evaluation.
The amount of the advance payment guarantee must be at least equal to the amount of the advance payment.
