The Ministry of Finance and Economics of Turkmenistan has announced a tender for a number of ministries - internal affairs, defense, national security, agriculture, the State Border Service of Turkmenistan and the administration of Ashgabat.
The tender is organized to purchase building materials, paints, equipment for the construction of an irrigation system, a residential complex in Ashgabat, reconstruction of the water supply system, etc.
Bids are accepted until Sept. 12, 2019.
