Turkmenistan’s Turkmengas state concern has re-announced the tender for design and construction of a methyl diethanolamine (MDEA) production facility in the Balkan province.
The bids are accepted till Oct. 20, 2019.
The interested parties are invited to send a bid by indicating the name of the participant, legal status, country of registration and bank details, information about the activity of the company.
