Turkey's Ministry of Environment and Urban Development has announced an open tender for the construction of 444 residential facilities and 12 stores in the country's Diyarbakir province.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 14:30 (GMT +3) on Dec. 12, 2019.
