Azerbaijan’s Yelo Bank to attract repair services for its branch

Azerbaijan’s Yelo Bank OJSC (formerly Nikoil bank) has announced an open tender for the repair of its branch covering 327 square meters located in 25/29 Qara Qarayev Avenue, Baku city.
Bidders will be provided with a plan to repair a bank branch.
The participants will be chosen on the following points: bid price; duration of a full repair (two months); repair should be carried out without interrupting the activity of the branch; the quality of the materials which will be used; providing a customer with weekly report on the results of the conducted work .
The repair work must begin on March 10, 2020. The tender procedure will be completed on February 28, 2020.
A written application for participation in the tender; copies of legal documents (charter, certificate of state registration or extract from the registry, etc.), confirming the legal status of the applicant; a document confirming the authority of the person authorized to sign the tender proposal and the procurement contract; the time required to repair an office building should be provided to the bank till the deadline.
The signed and sealed documents must be submitted in an envelope to the client's head office on February 28, 2020 at the following address: 30 Pushkin Street, Baku, Azerbaijan.
