Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries has opened tender for creating electronic document management system.
The participants are invited to submit an application, indicating the full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details.
Participants should get acquainted with Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan.
Tender bids are accepted within 45 days from date of publication.
An invoice for $1,725 (including VAT) should be issued.
Tender proposal should be delivered in 2 sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second envelope should contain the commercial offer with calculations and justification of the proposed cost of work and services.
