Uzbekistan's Agroindustry and Food Security Agency (UZAIFSA) has announced a tender for purchase of automatic syringes for mass vaccination of cattle (1,000 pcs)
The Government of Uzbekistan received a grant from the EU in the frame of the Livestock Sector Development Project.
The supplier shall mail the following documents to the purchaser:
- copies of the Supplier’s invoice showing goods’ description, quantity, unit price, and total amount;
- duplicate air/ truck transport document and/ or duplicate of railway transport document, in one Original and two Copies marked «freight prepaid»;
- copies of the packing list identifying contents of each package;
- manufacturer's or supplier's warranty certificate;
- certificate of origin;
- certificate of quality.
The above documents shall be received by the purchaser at least one week before arrival of the goods at the port of place of arrival and, if not received, the supplier shall be responsible for any consequent expenses.
Prices are indicated in UZS for local suppliers on terms of delivery to the final destination and in USD for foreign suppliers on terms of delivery CIP Tashkent. Your price quotation in the form attached may be submitted by hand, mail, facsimile or electronically.
In competitive bidding, the rules and procedures of the World Bank will be decisive.
Competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with the procedures of Request for Quotation described in the Procurement Regulations dated July 2016, and any participants from eligible countries can participate in it, as defined in the procurement regulations.
The quotation should be submitted by 5:00 pm (GMT +5) on August 17, 2020.
