The branch of Russia’s Tatneft in Turkmenistan has opened a tender for the design and survey, construction and installation work on the pipe base of the Burnebitgazhyzmat management of Turkmenistan's Turkmennebit State Concern within the framework of the project on the organization of production for repair of tubing in Turkmenistan.
The potential bidders are invited to submit an application, indicating the full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details.
The tender offer package must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope must contain technical specifications, and the second-a commercial offer (price specification).
