Turkmenistan’s Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries has extended an international tender for the preparation of Feasibility Study “Conceptual development strategy for the Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex and Seydi Oil Refinery”.
The potential bidders are invited to submit an application, indicating the full name, legal status, country of registration, and bank details.
The bidders should get acquainted with the rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan.
The tender offers are accepted within 40 days.
The tender offer must be delivered in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, and the second envelope should contain a commercial offer with calculations and justification of the proposed cost of works and services.
An invoice for $1,725 (including VAT) should be issued.
