Uzbekistan ranked 5th among the safest countries for single tourists, according to the Solo Travel Safety Report 2019 report from the Wegoplaces portal, Trend reports
First spot on the list is taken over by Singapore, followed by Norway, Iceland and Finland.
Residents of 142 countries formed the basis of the survey of by several criteria. In particular, questions about how safe they feel when walking alone in the city at night; whether they trust the local police and whether they have been robbed or attacked.
In conclusion, Venezuela, Afghanistan and South Sudan lead the list of the most unsafe countries.
