Over 300 regular flights a week to be carried out from Georgian international airports

This winter season about 340 regular flights a week will be carried out on average from Georgian international airports, Trend reports referring to the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency (GCAA).

The winter season is lasting from the last week of October 2019 until the last Saturday of March 2020.

Meanwhile, in the same period of last year, the number of regular flights carried out from Georgian international airports per week was about 375 on average.

Regular passenger flights from Tbilisi International Airport will be carried out in 37 destinations including Athens, Alma-Ata, Amsterdam, Ankara, Barcelona, ​​Baku, Bologna, Brussels, Berlin, Bucharest, Delhi, Dubai, Vienna, Tehran, Tel Aviv, Kiev, London, Milan, Minsk, Paris, Prague, Istanbul, Tashkent and others.

Regular passenger flights from Kutaisi International Airport will be carried out in 30 destinations including Athens, Basel, Barcelona, ​​Berlin, Bologna, Brussels, Budapest, Gdansk, Vilnius, Vienna, Copenhagen, London, Milan, Nice, Paris, Poznan, Prague, Rome and others.

From Batumi International Airport, regular passenger flights will be carried out in six destinations: Baku, Tehran, Tel Aviv, Kiev, Minsk and Istanbul.

The flights will be operated by two Georgian and 32 foreign airlines including three cargo airlines.

Silk Way Airlines, Cargolux and Turkish Cargo will operate regular cargo flights from Tbilisi International Airport.
