The number of Chinese citizens who visited Azerbaijan from January through November 2019, increased by 63.1 percent, amounting to 24,394 people, Trend reports referring to State Tourism Agency.
At the event “Voyage Night – 2019”, held by the influential Chinese Voyage magazine, Azerbaijan was awarded the prize, taking the first place in the category “Potential tourist destination.”
Voyage magazine is one of the most influential travel publications. The main readers of the magazine are professionals in the tourism industry and well-known businessmen.
