The Russian passenger train No. 392/391 on the Rostov-Baku-Rostov route, in accordance with the new schedule of international and domestic passenger trains for 2019-2020, will also include trailed cars to go on the Novorossiysk-Baku-Novorossiysk and Makhachkala-Baku-Makhachkala routes, Spokesperson of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC Natavan Bayramova told Trend.
Six railcars moving in the direction of Novorossiysk-Baku-Novorossiysk will continue their movement as a separate train. The train has compartment, reserved seat and sleeping railcars. It will be detached and will go from the Kavkazsky station on the North Caucasus Railway.
The main goal of the state program is to ensure the growing demand of the population and the economy for rail transport services and the defense needs of the state, increase Azerbaijan’s transit potential, the level of services in rail transport, ensure the efficient operation of the transport complex by reducing transport costs for passenger and freight transportation.
