Kazakhstan's vehicles producers to enter more foreign markets

Kazakhstan motor vehicle manufacturers will expand their export networks, a representative of Uzavtosanoat told Trend.

On Jan. 28, 2020 a cooperation agreement was signed between Uzavtosanoat JSC and KazakhExport Export Insurance JSC, as well as an agreement on the supply of car kits between SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP and UzAuto Motors JSC.

The representative said that the agreement signed by the parties provides for the use of financial insurance measures of KazakhExport to finance export of Kazakh cars to Uzbekistan.

“Export of SaryarkaAvtoProm products to Uzbekistan, its type and funding sources will be determined by Kazakh party,” the official said.

Uzavtosanoat, the official said, is hoping for long-term cooperation and notes great bilateral benefits from the cooperation.

“Expansion of export networks of Kazakh vehicles manufacturers and increase of competitiveness of Uzbekistan’s auto market will be a direct result of the signed agreement,” the official said.

Established by the initiative and governance of Uzbekistan’s president Uzavtosanoat is aimed to production of competitive goods meeting international standards.

Allur Group of Companies is a shareholder of SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP -Kazakhstan largest auto manufacturer, as well as an official distributor, manufacturer and official dealer of Peugeot, Iveco, JAC, Ankai, HOWO, manufacturer of Hyundai, Ravon, Niva Chevrolet and official dealer of Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Ravon and Ford in Kazakhstan.

SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP is the first and a sole production site in Kazakhstan that launched completely knocked down production of light vehicles.
