Volume of cargo loaded, unloaded at Iran’s Noshahr port revealed

A total of about 41,200 tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in the Noshahr port of the Mazandaran Province (northern Iran) in the 6th month of the current Iranian year (August 22-September 21, 2020), Trend reports citing Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran (PMO).

While in the 5th month of the current Iranian year (July 22-August 21, 2020), 64,500 tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded at this port, the report added.

According to the report, about 874 tons of goods were loaded and 40,300 tons were unloaded in the sixth month of current Iranian year.

“During the reporting month, 874 tons of goods were exported and 40,100 tons were imported through the Noshahr port,” the report said.

According to the report, 34,500 tons of essential products, and 6,700 tons of leather, clothing, fiber, wood and other similar goods were loaded and unloaded at the Noshahr port in the 6th month of the current Iranian year.

In total, 5.5 million tons of cargo were loaded and 4.5 million tons were unloaded through Iranian ports in the 6th month of the current Iranian year.
