Iran unveils data of imports, exports through Anzali port

About 21,700 tons of goods were exported and 89,800 tons were imported through the Anzali port of the Gilan Province (northern Iran) in the 10th month of the current Iranian year (December 21, 2020 through January 19, 2021), Trend reports citing the statistics of Iranian Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO).

According to the statistics, a total of 113,000 tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in the Anzali port over the 10th month. Of this, 22,000 tons were loaded and 91,300 tons were unloaded.

“Within 10th month, 311 tons of cargo were loaded and 1,110 tons were unloaded in the port for transit. At the same time, 61,000 tons of cargo were loaded and 376 tons were unloaded for other purposes,” the statistics said.

So, 79,700 tons of essential products, 149 tons of metal products, 4,850 tons of construction and mining materials, 1,960 tons of equipment, vehicles and spare parts were loaded and unloaded in the Anzali port in the 10th month, the statistics said.

According to the statistics, furthermore, 4,300 tons of chemicals, 13,300 tons of leather products, clothing, fibers, paper and wood materials, 7,250 tons of container products and 1,820 tons of oil products were loaded and unloaded at the port during the mentioned month.

As reported, a total of 10.8 million tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in Iranian ports in the 10th month of the current Iranian year. Of this, 6.32 million tons were unloaded and 4.55 million tons were loaded.
