Azerbaijan Railways CJSC will reorganize and rename the subordinate Capital Construction and Technical Control LLC, Trend reports citing the portal of the State Tax Service.
Capital Construction and Technical Control LLC is being reorganized as a result of several companies joining it.
“It is about Demiryolservis LLC, Specialized railway company N5 LLC, Specialized railway company N11 LLC, ADY Services Ltd., and Capital repairs LLC.
"By merging these companies, a single ADY Construction LLC will function," the message said.
