BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 23. The volume of cargo loaded and unloaded in the Dayyer port of the Bushehr Province (southern Iran) increased by 8 percent in the 1st month of the current Iranian year (March 21 through April 20, 2022), compared to the same month last Iranian year, Trend reports via the statistics of Iranian Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO).

According to the statistics, more than 33,000 tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in this port in the 1st month. Of this, 26,900 tons were loaded and 6,200 tons were unloaded.

“So, 26,900 tons of cargo were exported through the Dayyer port within the 1st month,” the statistics said.

At the same time, 6,200 tons of cargo were unloaded in the port for other purposes.

In general, over 33,000 tons of container products were loaded and unloaded in Iran’s Dayyer port in the 1st month of the current Iranian year.

In general, more than 12.8 million tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in Iranian ports in the 1st month of the current Iranian year. Of this, 6.49 million tons were loaded and 6.26 million tons were unloaded. This is an increase of 10.9 percent, compared to the same month last Iranian year.
