Korean company Jeil Construction will build an eco-village with energy-efficient houses in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The relevant agreement was reached during the visit of Tashkent City Deputy Governor Alisher Tilyaev to Korea, Podrobno.uz reports with reference to the press service of the President of Uzbekistan.

The total cost of this project is estimated at $ 6 million through direct investments of the Korean partner.

The Uzbek delegation also held negotiations with the head of Khil Pyung Co.Ltd. following the talks, an agreement was signed to implement the project on construction of a multifunctional residential complex in Tashkent for $ 7 million through foreign direct investment for two years.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to the Republic of Korea on Nov. 22-25, 2017.

During the high-level talks in Seoul, it is planned to discuss a wide range of issues on the bilateral agenda, prospects for further development of interstate relations in the political, trade-economic, financial-investment, scientific-technical, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres, and exchange views on regional and international issues.
