Children returned from London to Almaty not infected with А/H1N1 virus

Six people of the group arriving from England were examined in Almaty. These people studied in England, press-service of Kazakh akim said, KazTag reported.

"А/H1N1 virus was not found," message said.

Meeting on counteraction measures against А/H1N1 virus was held in Almaty's akimat on July 24. Operative staff headed by deputy akim of Almaty Serik Seydumanov was established to control situation in Almaty. This staff was established upon decision of Ahmetzhan Yesimov. Almaty's akim gave some instructions on prophylactic and early revelation of suspected infected people, expansion and change prophylactic actions due to last events. Plan of actions envisage interaction of Almaty agencies and coordination of measures. 

"Location of one person is not determined, Almaty's akimat said on July 24. As of July 25, girl was found and examined. А/H1N1 virus was not found," press-service said. 

The first cases of А/H1N1 virus confirmed by laboratory research were registered in Astana on July 23 among children arriving from England.
