Russia, Kazakhstan sign three intergovernmental agreements

Russia and Kazakhstan signed three intergovernmental agreements, including on cooperation in energy and military-technical sphere. The signing ceremony of documents was held during the interregional cooperation forum in the presence of the two countries' presidents - Dmitry Medvedev and Nursultan Nazarbayev, ITAR-TASS reported.

Russia and Kazakhstan signed three intergovernmental agreements, including on cooperation in energy and military-technical sphere. The signing ceremony of documents was held during the interregional cooperation forum in the presence of the two countries' presidents - Dmitry Medvedev and Nursultan Nazarbayev, ITAR-TASS reported.

Energy Ministers of Russia and Kazakhstan, Sergey Shmatko and Sauat Mynbayev , signed an intergovernmental agreement on the construction and operation of the third block Ekibastuz GRES-2.

Head of Russia's Federal Service for Military and Technical cooperation, Mikhail Dmitriev and the Kazakh Industry and Trade Minister, Asset Issekeshev signed an intergovernmental agreement to develop and implement programs of joint work in the military technical cooperation for the benefit of the armed forces of Russia and Kazakhstan

Head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, Andrey Belyaninov and chairman of the Kazakh Finance Ministry Customs Control Committee, Kozy-Korpesh Karbuzov signed an intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in joint control over the Russian-Kazakh border.
