Kazakh Parliament worked on measures to combat corruption
The deputies of the Kazakh Parliament continued work on legal support for measures to combat corruption during the 4th session of the Parliament, Kazinform reported. Chairman of the Majilis Ural Mukhamedzhanov said it at the joint session of the Houses.
"We have done a big job on strengthening the law and order. The priorities of this work are defined in the Concept of Legal Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2020 and in the Decree of the President 'On measures to improve the effectiveness of the law-enforcements and judicial systems," Mukhamedzhanov said.
The Speaker also noted that a few important laws were adopted at the 4th session.
