The FC speedboat constructed at the Zenit plant in Uralsk has launched out for its maden voyage, Caspionet reported. It is the 16th vessel produced at this plant as part of the order of the National Defence Committee. The armament of the Kazakhstan border patrol agents have vessels produced only in the Ural region. The FC 19 speedboat is an innovative project, since constructors used all achievements of world naval architecture. The vessel is equipped with modern control tools, a GPS mapping system, as well as the displacement-sensitive autopilot system. The FC 19 speedboat was designed for both sea and river patrolling. Due to such universal characteristics of the vessel, it will find all poachers and trespassers. With the help of this speedboat, border patrol agents improved their index on arresting poachers by 40%. The plant is planning to launch the construction of multifunctional speedboats with the 60 tonnes displacement tonnage.
