The Kazakh Transport and Communications Minister signed an order to appoint Asylbek Duysebayev as his deputy, the ministry reported.
Based on the decree, Erkyn Dyusembayev was appointed as the Transport and Road Communications Committee Chairman. Dyusembayev will replace Kilybay Nurdauletm, who was dismissed due to appointment to another position.
