A list of MP candidates to the Kazakh Majilis was made public at the regular congress of the ruling party "Nur Otan", Trend correspondent reports from the event.
It includes well-known Kazakh singer, the singer of song "Abdullah, o Abdullah," Nurlan Abdullin, well- known Kazakh pianist Jania Aubakirova, President Nazarbayev's eldest daughter Dariga Nazarbayeva, the famous cyclist, favorite of the cycling team "Astana" Alexander Vinokur, the Olympic Champion Olga Shishigina and gold medalist of the Sydney Olympics, boxer Yermuhan Ibrahimov.
A total of 127 people were offered to a list of MP candidates to the Kazakh Majilis.
The upcoming elections will be held on Jan.15, 2012.
