The Kazakh Central Election Commission and the Foreign Ministry opened the institute of international observers for the early parliamentary elections, the CEC chairman Kuandyk Turgankulov was quoted by Novosti-Kazakhstan as saying.
"The accreditation of observers will be completed five days prior to the elections," Turgankulov said.
The accreditation of international observers is implemented by the Central Election Commission after the Foreign Ministry's introduction.
The early parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan will take place on Jan. 15, 2012.
