Kadyrzhan Teylyanov has been appointed as the Fisheries Committee under the Kazakh Agriculture Ministry, the Ministry said on Thursday.
"Agriculture Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asylzhan Mamytbekov introduced the Fisheries Committee's new chairman Teylyanov to the committee staff," the ministry said.
Earlier Teylyanov served as the head of the Balkhash city of Karaganda region.
